Characturge is Ben Buckner's top-notch program for Windows that allows you to quickly generate White Wolf characters and print sharp-looking character sheets, all using a flexible "template" format that allows you to work with a variety of White Wolf games, and even adjust for your own needs and house rules. Characturge is great, but it's not commercially produced and it has some weaknesses, but I think the strengths more than outweigh them. I especially recommend it for Storytellers who want to have detailed characters ready, but don't want to spend all the time filling in those tedious dots and calculating points.
You can download Characturge 2.01 here... the Characturge home page I've always used has been down for a while.
I also recommend downloading a couple of fonts for authentic-looking character sheets. These fonts work very nicely with Characturge. Use Balthazar for W:tA, and Abbess for M:tA.
Lastly, you'll of course want to download all of my wonderful templates, listed below. A special feature of my W:tA sheets is a Gift section that accurately calculates experience costs, and has enough space for lots of Gifts of various levels. I haven't seen another template that does this. Of course, it also takes up a lot of space, adding a second page to the character sheet. At any rate, I think my sheets are the tightest, most accurate, most complete, and all around the best. But I'll let you judge for yourself.
